Founded in 1993 by Jeff Wissing in Hastings, Nebraska, Heartland Concrete & Construction was built on a foundation of strong values — and those same ideals still guide us today. From the start, our mission has been to deliver exceptional service and quality workmanship, build lasting relationships rooted in trust, and hold ourselves to a higher standard on every job we take on.

As the industry has evolved, so have we. What once started with wheelbarrows and 2×4 strikes has grown into a company that embraces cutting-edge technology, including pump trucks, laser screeds, and advanced 3D design implementation. These innovations have allowed us to expand our services across the Midwest, improve efficiency, and ultimately deliver greater value for our customers.
