Engineer for Accuracy from the Ground Up
With over 30 years of experience and industry-leading tools, we eliminate the guesswork from layout. Our Universal Total Stations provide layout accuracy within 3mm—meaning we can mark everything from anchor bolts to paving edges with precision, no string lines or survey crews needed. Our machine-grade CAD files sync directly with on-site instruments, streamlining project startup and significantly reducing delays, rework, and cost. -

We don’t just pour concrete—we deploy integrated 3D-controlled equipment and laser-guided screeds to perform at the highest level. In 2012, we pioneered the first Bobcat-mounted 3D grader in North America. In 2015, we introduced the first Somero S-22E laser screed in the Midwest. Together, these tools allow us to fine grade over 50,000 sq ft per day and place 1,000+ yards of concrete with F-numbers above 125 FL. 1. Consultation & Discovery
We start by listening. Every project begins with a thorough consultation where we learn your vision, needs, timeline, and constraints. We offer site visits, feasibility reviews, and initial feedback to help shape the best solution for you.
2. Design-Build Planning
Using advanced tools like Trimble Business Center, we create detailed 3D models, site layouts, and grade designs. This phase includes Google map overlays, elevation modeling, and material takeoffs—so we can give you clarity on cost, timeline, and expectations.
3. Site Preparation & Fine Grading
Our grading process uses a Bobcat T-870 with GCS900 and a Robotic Total Station to fine-tune subgrade elevations to within 1/8". Whether for parking lots or complex pads, we build your project on a foundation of extreme accuracy.
4. Concrete Execution
We deploy the latest technology—including the Somero S-22E laser screed—to pour, screed, and finish concrete with speed and precision. Our certified ACI finishers meet demanding flatness and levelness tolerances. From slab-on-grade to CIP walls, we deliver quality built to last.
5. Ongoing Communication
You’ll never be left wondering. We provide regular progress updates, photo documentation, and on-site walkthroughs. Our team is transparent, responsive, and committed to building with you—not just for you.
6. Final Review & Quality Control
